Citrus Health Network Invitation to Bid: Citrus Health Site Demolition

NOTICE: Pursuant to state and federal procurement standards, bids for consideration to provide the services detailed in the scope of services listed below, shall be received by Olga Golik, Citrus Health Network, via email at olgag@citrushealth.com by 4:59 pm on Friday, March 17, 2023. The submittals shall be clearly marked in the subject line of the email “Citrus Health Site Demolition ITB# 2023‐ITB‐01.” The Invitation to Bid Application can be picked up at the above address starting February 17, 2023 from 9am to 5pm and will be posted to the Citrus Health Network website that same day. Each bidder will be granted one opportunity to visit the site, located at 20660 NW 47th Ave., Miami Gardens, Florida. Bidders wishing to access the site should contact Jose Caraballo, at 305-926-8120, and coordinate with him directly. The deadline to submit questions, requests for information & clarifications is midnight, March 1, 2023. Responses to questions were posted on March 10, 2023.
All submittals are due via email at the email address provided above on Friday, March 17, 2023 by 4:59pm. Late submittals shall not be accepted or considered. Respondents are to deliver via email the submittal statements of qualifications and experience and other pertinent information for consideration, as indicated in this Invitation to Bid. The bid form must be provided in excel format. The excel version, the PDF, and the hard copy in the sealed bid package must all match exactly or face potential disqualification.
Citrus Health Network (CHN) reserves the right to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of CHN or to waive any informality in any submittal. CHN may reject any or all bids and re-advertise.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Citrus Health Network (CHN) is in the process of procuring Bidders to complete demolition of a structure that was damaged by fire and to clear the area of debris. The structure is a one-story concrete building, 10,284 square feet approximately 45 years old. See the Invitation to Bid for details and requirements of the project and scope. All work must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and local codes. All questions or comments should be directed to the following email: olgag@citrushealth.com. All inquiries must reference Citrus Health Site Renovations ITB# 2023‐ITB‐01 in the subject line. No phone calls will be accepted in reference to this ITB.
