Update (January 12, 2023): Regarding the Invitation to Bid posted by Citrus Health Network for the Citrus Health Site Renovation for a parking lot on 545 W 51 Place, (ITB # 2022-01), we are pleased to announce that CHN has selected DDI Management as the most responsive Contractor meeting all specifications. Any award made shall be subject to execution of contract in a form and substance, which is approved by a CHN Attorney. We appreciate all the bidders who responded to this invitation to work with us and hope to have more growth opportunities to work together in the future.

Citrus Health Network is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors (GC) for the expansion of the parking lot for its Maternal and Child Health Center clinic, located on the adjacent lot of 551/555 West 51 Place. The proposed work will take place on 545 West 51 Place. The work will include resurfacing the property to provide expanded parking needed for patients of the clinic and any outstanding environmental issues. All work and structures must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and local codes.
